Aligned delivery at 6–8 weeks with free delivery throughout Europe; introduced free collection of eligible returns; clarified 14-day withdrawal and refund arrangements, standard versus individually commissioned products, natural-stone variation and pre-dispatch photograph confirmation. Removed blanket restrictions inconsistent with statutory rights. Seller details remain specific to each store.
